Vietnamese Student Association Designs
Vietnamese Student Association, or “VSA”, is a student-based organization that aims in reaching out to younger generations of Vietnamese-Americans and collaborate with them to better their awareness of the social, economic, and cultural activities surrounding the community – Vietnamese as well as non-Vietnamese. I had the opportunity to work as their Graphic Designer for multiple projects and events.
Vietnamese Student Association’s 2019 Annual Culture Show
VSA’s Culture Show is an annual showcase that mixes modern and traditional Vietnamese performances and storytelling. Participants are able to express themselves creatively and develop new bonds while broadening their knowledge of Vietnamese history and culture.
“Empowerment of the Vietnamese American”, or “Bảo Tồn Truyền Thống Của Người Việt”, was the theme of the VSA’s 41st Annual Culture Show at San Jose State University. As the Graphic Design Director, I had the privilege to create apparel, banners and flyers to promote our event.
